Test ride Big 1 to Betong

Solo ride to Betong using Project Big 1.
PB1 engine overhaul after brought test ride to Betong get ready for 2014 6000km ride but temperature too high even on night ride 140km temperature stay at 80% 160km will hit top luckily after KL rain all the way to Betong temperature drop to 30%. Fuel consumption is bad 1L/12.9km something very wrong...

A quote from me...

Don't assume
there is a fault
if we can't achieve
who ever had accomplish
by hard work nor we only
want to stay in our comfort zone
living and dreaming about success.

TZR 125 solo HatYai trip

I brought a FF plate 2RK TZR 125cc with faring mount on 1st April the ex-owner had done a good job maintenance the bike. I miss this bike it's the very first bike I own 16 years ago and back then I had a dream to ride it to Thailand but due to unforeseen circumstances I only manage to do it now. As I previously had 3 time experience travel to Betong on 4 stroke bike solo hope this time it will benefit a smooth ride this is my first time riding a 2 stroke bike to HatYai.

"Currently there is less than 10 TZR 125 in Singapore most were crashed, raced or run to death by youthful owners in the past."

Challenge I face expect the unexpected.
The TZR is 25 year old.
2 stroke engine fuel and 2T consumption.
Constant riding on 2 stroke engine over heating issue.
Riding and sitting position rather discomfort.
Noise TZR is a loud bike. haha

Before the ride I change back to Yamaha TZR suspension! Cost me a boom!

This cooler solve my TZR heating issue the heat meter never go 50%!

Trip start 5th May 2013 21:45 from JB.
Trip route: Singapore>JB>Alor Star>Bukit Kayu Hitam>Danok>Sadao>Hatyai.
On first day my meter show I cover 960km when reaching hotel car park!

I always watch this video clip before my trip start!

Near Melaka the FE is terrible 1L/16KM The whole trip I had use up 3 bottle of 2T!

Hungry before the trip hardly eat anything nasi ayam @ R&R Dengkil.

6am @ R&R Tapah, north bound Very tiring in and out of petrol pump station haha
Enjoy the view before riding up the Menora Tunnel.
After riding for 15hr finally reach Sadao custom!

No special riding gear only jacket & jean.
Photo was taken behind Mayflower hotel car park.

Your 2b 2 stroker touring is like the best expression of motorcycle touring. Its adventurous and its all down to a man and his machine.
